On January 23rd, 2011, Dr. Wiley was appointed Word of Life Ministries International/International Third World Leaders Association Ambassador to the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UNECOSOC). As ambassador, Dr. Wiley is tasked with implementing the health agenda of UNECOSOC in third world countries.
